In this dissertation we will investigate approaches to address the above security concern, by using trustability-enabled app design assumptions supported by ARM Trust Zone, a security extension for ARM processors, allowing HW-assisted isolated execution environments. The objective will be addressed by designing a set of services that can be reused by Android Apps, and we will target the experimental evaluation by enhancing apps for payment-wallets, showing the improved security properties minimizing the performance effects. |
